Can the Agent read PDF, Word and Excel?＋

The common formats are all in scope; how each type is handled, including scanned images, is confirmed when the document repository is surveyed.

Can the AI get the content of a document wrong?＋

It can, which is why the Agent always cites its source so users can compare. For contract terms and internal rules, the information needs checking against the original document before any decision.

Can staff ask about confidential documents?＋

Only if they have permission. Access is checked before the Agent retrieves any content, so documents outside a user's permissions never appear in the answers or search results.

What happens when there are several versions of the same document?＋

The Agent states which version it is working from and says so when it finds conflicting versions, instead of picking one and answering with certainty.

Does the Agent edit or delete documents?＋

No, unless your business configures and grants separate permission for that. By default the Agent only reads and prepares information.
