Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

The website has no sign-up forms, no user accounts and takes no payments. We only have data in two situations:

• When you contact us via Zalo, email or phone: your name, phone number, email address and the content you send.
• When you visit the website: technical data recorded automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time of visit and referring page — through Google Analytics, Cloudflare and server logs.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include such information when contacting us.

2. How we use data

• To answer questions, advise on solutions and send quotes you request.
• To measure visits and improve the website's content and experience.
• To protect the website against abnormal traffic and attacks.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga, _ga_*) to distinguish visits and measure how the website is used. Cloudflare may set technical cookies to protect the website.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's official add-on (link below).

4. Sharing data

To run the website and communicate with you, we use the following providers. They only process data within the services they provide to us:

• Google — Google Analytics (visit statistics) and Gmail (receiving email).
• Cloudflare — delivering and protecting the website, forwarding email sent to @naventic.vn addresses.
• Amazon Web Services — the server hosting the website.
• Zalo — when you choose to message us on Zalo.

Some of these providers may process data outside Vietnam.

We only disclose data to competent authorities when required by law.

5. Retention

Information you send when contacting us is kept only in our Gmail inbox and Zalo account and is not entered into any other system. We keep it for as long as needed to advise and work with you, and delete it when you ask.

Statistics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.

6. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the right to:

• Be informed about the processing of your personal data.
• Give or withdraw consent to processing.
• Access, correct or delete your data.
• Request restriction of, or object to, processing.
• File complaints as provided by law.

7. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to our inbox and service accounts is limited to the people responsible. No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure; we will notify you as required by law if an incident affects your data.

8. Children

NAVI Agent's services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our data practices change. The new version will be posted on this page with the update date at the top.
